Jonathan’s support worker explains his journey at People First Bridgend:

“Jonathan wouldn’t engage in anything when I first met him. He didn’t want to do college or voluntary work.”

“He started PF with his fiancé and he must have thought “oh I can do this, this is fun.”

​

“I don’t know if he had been part of things before. But I know being in part of things like PFB has helped him to enrol in college, he’s enrolled in B-Leaf, and we are speaking with him positively about voluntary work.”

 

 

“Having you guys to speak to is better than just having BCBC staff. I think the more people in their lives, the richer it is.”

 

“They love coming to People First. It’s a social thing as well.”
